manufacturing and distribution facilities from Europe including Holland, Germany and Denmark to Beijing, Shenzhen and Zhuhai China. He has also worked closely in consulting of manufacturing domestically and overseas coming to the American markets establishing Business strategies, performance goals and product revisions for the American client focus of those companies. Terry then works in establishing financials and funding of those ventures once the full rollout plan is in place while continuing the growth of the companies he works with in various roles. In the fall of 2015, Mr. Schrubb participated in an Economic Summit in Beijing and Changchun by special invitation of the Chinese government due to his business development consulting in the Country. Terry is also Vice Chairman and Finance Chair of the Board for Genesis health Care based in South Florida.

Prior to his consulting and finance career, Mr. Schrubb developed yacht dealerships and marine consulting businesses, becoming the fourth-largest global dealer for Luhrs/Mainship while managing two offices and more than 20 brokers. He also founded and operated a North American equestrian distribution company, building the business from the ground up. Within its first year, the company expanded to two warehouses and 27 retail outlets, earning recognition for its marketing strategy, product positioning, and sustainable business model. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schrubb worked with the Military Sealift Command and held Secret-level clearances through the U.S. Department of Defense. He participated in the initial voyages and commissioning of the USNS Pecos, leveraging his marine engineering background and studies at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
